30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with DemandLetterTech, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. We'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck with something that didn't work for you.

What's refundable

• The $29 letter unlock is refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• The $10 sending fee is refundable only if the demand has not yet been sent to the recipient. Once a letter has been delivered, the sending fee covers work already performed (delivery, tracking, and a verification reference) and generally cannot be refunded.

How to request a refund

Contact support@demandlettertech.com or visit our Support page with your order details (your receipt email or order number works well). We'll confirm eligibility and pass the request along for processing.

Who processes refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all DemandLetterTech purchases and handles billing, receipts, and refunds. Once a refund is approved, Paddle processes the payment back to your original payment method. Paddle's own buyer terms are available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Timelines

We aim to confirm refund eligibility within a few business days of your request. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

No subscriptions

DemandLetterTech uses one-time payments only. There is no subscription to cancel, and no recurring charges to worry about.
