No. You pay once per demand. There is no recurring charge and no plan to cancel.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. You can complete the guided intake and see a preview of your letter for free. Payment unlocks the full text and the PDF.
Is sending required?
No. Many people download the PDF and send it themselves. The sending service is optional.
What if I change my mind?
Tell us. If the letter or PDF can't be produced, a paid demand can't be delivered because of a problem on our side, or you were charged twice, we refund it. Anything else is reviewed case by case — see our refund policy.
